  • Orders under 5lb will have shipping rates are $10.  

  • Orders 5lb-10lb will have a shipping rate of $15

  • Orders 10lb-20lb will have a shipping rate of $18

  • Unfortunately we cannot ship orders over 20lb. Please contact us on for larger order options.  

  • Expedited shipping options are available at Check Out, and shipping rates will be calculated based upon shipment address and products purchased.

For Shipping to warmer states please be sure to not leave packing on porch for more than 2 hours as we are not responsible for spoilage 


Our Goal is to never have a dissatisfied customer. We work hard to make sure that every order is correct and sent out in a timely manner. 

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the time the order was placed as long as the products are unopened, and returned in the same re-sellable condition deemed by us. 

30 Day Return/Exchange Policy - If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased from Strength In Self,  please return them for a refund of the purchase price. You may choose to exchange a product as well.


All returned items must be in new unused condition and packaged/sealed in the original manufacturers' packaging. NO EXEPTIONS. All products must be returned before a refund may be issued. After the return has been received, please allow up to 21 business days for your account to be credited.

Damaged Products - Strength in Self is not responsible for damaged items during shipping, however, all items are shipped with insurance. If package arrives damaged please notify Strength In Self immediately, at

How to Return a Product: 

1. Contact us-  email us on our website to request your return. Please include your order number in the description box, and the reason for your return. 

2. Returning the product(s)- If your request falls under the terms of our refund policy, you will be issued a return address label via email to package, and ship the products back to us.

3. Receiving your refund- Once the approved return has been shipped and received (in the same re-sellable condition it was sold), Please allow up to 21 days for the refund to be credited back to your account
